 In my printmaking project, I created a range of painting with  3  basic printmaking techniques linocut, monoprint ane stencil. One of linocut printing I created a stalk of Lotus flower. Its underprint brings out the pristine fresh quality. Layers of colour prints are laid one by one, the hue gets redder with each successive coats of print. It symbolises purity.      

In another of my printmaking , I created a print that symoblises   REN - MAN. Meticuous clear sizing, smoothing of the  print ink and detailed printing enhances the quality of the print.  Black  is  used sparingly so as to convey the myraid ny visual journal, the works are in forms of mark-marking media,acrylics painting ,colour pencil painting, ink and pen drawing, montage, photographs, notes and collages presentation. My sketches comprises of singapore daliy life activities commonly seen. Examples  are Beach activities at East Coast Park ,Pasar malam, Chinese Opera show in open space, Chinatowna and Bugis setting. They are done in vivid brillant acrylics  paint. Great care is taken as i outline the details, forms, to develop the whole picture as in real life. I try to paint as close to the outlie so as not to obscure them.Sometimes  outlines are in dfferent complementary colours in order to enhance the  precios qualit of the picture.
